The TMC Camp & Enrichment Fair is made available to the members of The Mother Connection, as well as the general public. The Fair has been very valuable to the community and well-attended as it is the only one of its type in the local area. The TMC Camp & Enrichment Fair allows parents to meet staff from each program, ask questions, and collect information – providing a select marketing opportunity!
Vendors must be a camp or program for children. The price to participate in the Fair is $75.00, which provides you with space at a table, chairs, set-up and clean-up time in the function facility, and your business’ information printed in the Fair Booklet. If you are unable to attend the fair but would like to have a page listed in the booklet, the cost is $45.00. Prices subject to change.
A detailed booklet is also available and includes advertising space to highlight local businesses and vendor participants. Advertising space can be reserved at any time on a first come, first serve basis (pricing below).
Ads must be submitted electronically. Preferred formats are .jpg, .pdf, .eps, and .tif. Ads must be at least 600 dpi, and color ads should be converted to black. All ads are considered final format and must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org.
