Current Ongoing Volunteer Opportunities

  • Co-Treasurer

Love working with numbers? TMC is looking for a detail-oriented and dedicated volunteer to fill this executive board position! Duties include: coordinating the preparation of annual budgets, conducting monthly budget reviews with the Executive Board, processing cash deposits and reimbursements, completing monthly account reconciliations, and providing information to TMC’s tax accountant for quarterly and annual tax filings (You do NOT do the taxes), and checking the PO Box. Excel and/or MoneyMinder experience a plus, but not required.

  • Co-Administrator

Our Administrator assists the President of the Board, and fields questions from inside and outside of The Mother Connection. This person must be an effective communicator and be able to multi-task with an eye for detail. The main responsibilities include: checking the Administrator email account and emailing messages to the appropriate person, attending all board meetings and taking notes at the board meetings and emailing the notes to the Board.
