Newsletter Contribution & Advertising Information
With over 200+ members, The Mother Connection Newsletter offers you a unique opportunity to market your products and services to a targeted audience of families with young children throughout the Merrimack Valley.

Typically, our newsletter is published six times per year; bi-monthly on the following schedule:
We welcome newsletter contributions from many avenues! If you are a TMC member, we encourage you to submit articles, stories, playgroup news, photos, kid’s quotes and artwork. If you are a local business owner or professional, consider lending your expertise by writing an article. We welcome your insight! All submissions (articles, etc.) must be 600 words or less.
Contributions are due the 5th of the month prior to the newsletter date. For example, to advertise in the April/May issue, ad payment must be received by March 5th.

Advertising Information & Instructions
Ad Format Guidelines
Graphics must be submitted electronically. Preferred formats are .jpg, .pdf, .eps, and .tif. Graphics must be at least 600 dpi, and color graphics should be converted to black. All graphics are considered final format and must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org
Advertising space can be reserved at any time on a first come, first serve basis. We welcome you to advertise in any issue or take advantage of our annual contract that offers a discount of one free ad: pay for six issues and receive the seventh issue free. Please contact us at your earliest convenience to reserve ad space. To reserve ad space, please provide:
- Name of your organization
- Address where you’d like your copy of the newsletter sent
- Ad size purchased
- E-mail address
- Phone number
Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of both ad & payment. Ad & payment are due the 5th of the month prior to the newsletter date. For example, to advertise in the April/May issue, ad payment must be received by March 5th.
All ad agreements are final sale, we will not be able to issue any refunds or credits.
