Vendor Participation & Advertising Information


The TMC Camp & Enrichment Fair is made available to the members of The Mother Connection, as well as the general public. The Fair has been very valuable to the community and well-attended as it is the only one of its type in the local area. The TMC Camp & Enrichment Fair allows parents to meet staff from each program, ask questions, and collect information – providing a select marketing opportunity!

Vendor Information

Fair Details

Vendors must be a camp or program for children. The price to participate in the Fair ranges from $75.00-$125.00, which provides you with space at a table, chairs, set-up and clean-up time in the function facility, and your business’ information printed in the Fair Booklet. If you are unable to attend the fair but would like to have a page listed in the booklet, the cost is $45.00. Prices subject to change.

A detailed booklet is also handed out to each guest and includes advertising space to highlight local businesses and vendor participants. Participating programs are encouraged to place an advertisement in addition to attending, if interested. Advertising space can be reserved at any time on a first come, first serve basis (more information below).

Advertising Information

Advertising Details

A detailed booklet is handed out to each guest at the Camp & Enrichment Fair and includes advertising space to highlight local businesses and vendor participants. Advertising space can be reserved at any time on a first come, first serve basis. There are two size options available - half page (4.5"w x 3.5"h) and full page (4.5"w x 7.5"h) - as well as two prime locations available (Inside Back Cover & the Back Cover)
If you are a business looking to place an ad in the Camp & Encrichment Fair booklet, please contact us at your earliest convenience to reserve ad space. To reserve ad space, please provide:
  • Name of your organization
  • Address where you’d like your copy of the booklet sent
  • Ad size purchased
  • E-mail address
  • Phone number
Ads must be submitted electronically. Preferred formats are .png, .jpg, and .pdf. Ads must be at least 600 dpi, and color ads should be converted to black. All ads are considered final format and must be emailed to camps@themotherconnection.org. Confirmation will be sent upon receipt of both ad & payment.
